Returns and Refunds Policy
Relova Archiva aims to provide the highest level of service. If a purchased item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return in accordance with the conditions outlined below.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days from the date on which the goods are received, without penalty and without the need to provide a reason.
For the purposes of this policy, a Consumer is defined as any natural person acting for purposes outside their commercial, industrial, artisanal, or professional activity.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must notify Relova Archiva by email at info@relovaarchiva.com within 14 days of receipt of the goods, clearly stating the intention to withdraw from the contract.
Return conditions
Returned items must be sent back without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date on which the Consumer communicated the withdrawal.
- Return shipping costs and any optional transport insurance are borne by the Consumer.
- Returned shipments must be traceable and identifiable.
- Relova Archiva reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the Consumer has provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.
Returned items must be:
- in their original condition,
- complete with all accessories and documentation,
- packaged in their original packaging.
As vintage and second-hand garments, items may be examined upon return to assess any damage or alteration not resulting from transport.

Refunds
Once the return has been received and inspected, Relova Archiva will issue a refund within 14 days from the date the withdrawal was communicated.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with the Consumer.
The Consumer may be held responsible for any reduction in value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item.
