Delivery terms

Relova Archiva ships worldwide from Italy using DHL Express.

Order processing
Orders are processed within 7 business days from the date the order is received.


Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout after entering the destination country and delivery address.

The following flat rates apply:

  • Italy: €14
  • European Union: €28
  • Outside the European Union: €74

All shipments are fully trackable. Once the order is dispatched, the Buyer will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery on the courier’s website.


Estimated delivery times

Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs procedures.

Indicative delivery times with DHL Express are:

  • European Union: 1–2 business days (24/48h)
  • Outside the European Union: 3–4 business days

A more precise delivery date will be available once the shipment is registered with the courier.

Delivery issues

It is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information when placing an order. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delivery delays or failed delivery.

If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Buyer, the package may be returned to the sender. In such cases, any reshipment costs will be borne by the Buyer and may be deducted from any refund.

DHL may notify the recipient in the event of an incoming shipment or a failed delivery attempt and may offer alternative delivery options (e.g. delivery on a different day, to a DHL Service Point, or to a third party).

Upon delivery, the Buyer is encouraged to inspect the package before signing. If the packaging appears visibly damaged or tampered with, it is recommended to sign “with reservation / subject to inspection.”


Customs, duties & liability

For shipments outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are borne by the Buyer and are generally collected upon delivery.

Relova Archiva cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, or courier-related issues.

If an international shipment has not arrived within 10 days after the expected delivery date, please contact info@relovaarchiva.com. Relova Archiva will initiate an investigation with DHL. Please note that only the sender, as DHL’s contractual partner, may open a formal search procedure.
