Section 7: Shipping and delivery

Delivery terms

Relova Archiva relies exclusively on the DHL Express service for national and international shipments.

Orders are processed within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the same.

All shipments depart from Italy. The calculation of shipping costs is carried out at check-out after entering the destination country and the recipient's address.

The price varies depending on the destination area, three macro areas can be identified:

  • Italian territory DHL Express shipping 10 euros
  • European Union territory DHL Express shipping 49 euros
  • International territory (countries outside the European Union) 99 euros

All shipments are traceable for security reasons to protect both parties. For each shipping order, the Buyer is provided with a tracking number to be able to monitor the progress of the same at any time on the website https://www.dhl.com/it-it/home/tracciabilita.html.

It is important to note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination of the shipment, DHL Express delivers by the end of the first working day following collection or on the first available day. It follows that for countries further away from Italy, delivery may take several days, a precise delivery date will be available when registering the shipment on the appropriate portal.

  • Italy and European Union 24/48 working hours
  • International Territory (countries outside the European Union) 3/4 working days

Delivery problems

It is the sole responsibility of the Buyer to provide accurate and complete information when ordering. Failure to do so, such as providing an incorrect/incomplete address or name, may result in the non-fulfilment or improper execution of the contract.

If it is not possible to deliver the shipment to the address provided by the Buyer, the package may be returned to the sender, therefore all reshipment costs will be borne by the Buyer and will be deducted from any refund.

DHL will inform the recipient of an incoming shipment or a failed delivery, alternative delivery options may be made available (delivery on a different day, to a DHL Service Point or to a third party)

Upon delivery of the package, the Buyer is asked to carefully inspect it before confirming with his signature the delivery of the order. If the packaging, at the time of delivery, appears obviously tampered with: it is recommended to sign the delivery with reservation of inspection;

Limitations of liability

For international orders, the Buyer must be aware of potential customs fees, duties or taxes that may be applicable. These fees are borne by the Buyer and are generally charged upon receipt of the order.
