1. Subject

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products offered through the website www.relovaarchiva.com (the “Site”) and define the rights and obligations between:

any natural person acting as a consumer who places an order through the Site (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer” or “User”).

The Buyer must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

Placing an order on the Site implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Site and prevail over any other general or special conditions of the Buyer.

Relova Archiva reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time the order is placed.

3. Products

The Site offers a curated selection of vintage and second-hand luxury fashion items (the “Products”).

Each Product is individually described with details regarding measurements, materials, condition, and price. As vintage items, Products may show signs of wear or ageing, which are described where relevant.

Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Variations in colour may occur due to screen settings. Images of garments worn on models are not indicative of fit; measurements provided in the description should be used as reference. Garments may be pinned during photography for styling purposes.

4. Authenticity

Relova Archiva sells only authentic vintage designer garments.

Each Product is individually researched, inspected, and evaluated before being offered for sale. Further details regarding verification processes are available in the Care & Authenticity section of the Site.

5. Prices

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) or converted into the Buyer’s local currency and include applicable VAT under Italian law, where applicable.

Prices shown at checkout and in the order confirmation email are binding. Shipping costs are borne by the Buyer and calculated separately at checkout.

Relova Archiva reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the price in force at the time the order is placed.

6. Payment

Payments may be made securely using the payment methods displayed at checkout.

An order is considered binding once payment has been successfully validated. Relova Archiva reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in the event of suspected fraud, payment irregularities, or misuse of the Site.

7. Orders

The Buyer may browse the Site freely without obligation.

To place an order, the Buyer must follow the online purchasing process and provide accurate and complete personal, billing, and shipping information. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

Order confirmation is sent by email upon successful completion of the purchase. If the confirmation email is not received, the Buyer should check spam or junk folders or contact info@relovaarchiva.com.

8. Shipping and delivery

Shipping terms, costs, delivery times, and related conditions are detailed in the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.

All shipments depart from Italy and are handled by selected couriers. Tracking information is provided once the order is dispatched.

9. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from receipt of the Products, without penalty and without providing a reason.

10. Limitation of liability

Relova Archiva shall not be held responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to customs procedures, adverse weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are borne by the Buyer.

11. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations. Details regarding data collection and processing are available in the Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including texts, images, photographs, and logos, is the exclusive property of Relova Archiva or used with permission.

Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

All trademarks mentioned on the Site remain the property of their respective owners. Relova Archiva is not affiliated with or sponsored by any of the brands featured.

13. Partial invalidity

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Entire agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with the order confirmation and the policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between the Parties.

15. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations.
